About
I started drumming as a kid and never really stopped. Forty-plus years on, I’ve played, recorded and arranged in rock, jazz, funk and Afro-Latin settings, and that range still shapes everything I do.
Lately I’ve been going somewhere more abstract, blending electronic percussion with ambient electronics, letting rhythm and texture drift into each other.
Right now my main focus is Neurotrash, a machine-driven garage rock project where I get to bring the kit and the electronics together.
These days music is something I do for the love of it: playing projects that excite me, improvising, and sharing rhythm with other people. It’s still my way of life.
Lessons
I take on a few drum students from time to time, any level and any style. If you want to work on your groove, your reading or your own voice on the kit, get in touch and ask about availability.
